Overnight & Extended Stay Boarding
Boarding Rates are further down this page.
A Non-refundable, Non-transferable booking fee, equal to 2 days boarding, is required to make reservations. This fee is used as a credit to the final bill at check-out. Payment, in full, in advance, for boarding reservations is NOT required. If owners CHOOSE to pay in full, in advance, for a boarding reservation and then cancel, regardless of when notification of cancellation occurs, no refund is issued. Transfer of boarding payment to another reservation or to daycare days is not allowed. Exceptions may be made but not guaranteed.
Payment of balance due, may be made at check-in, especially if someone else is picking up for you. Balance due must be paid at check-out.
***We do not store any credit card information. All credit/debit card payments are handled by our Merchant Processor on their encrypted servers.***
Failure to show up, on scheduled check-in day is considered "No-Show".
Failure to contact us about any changes to scheduled check-in day is considered "ghosting" and/or "No-call-No-Show". Communication is important and, is the owner's responsibility, to notify us of any changes.
We will most likely, accept last-minute reservations to fill vacancies created by "ghosting". Exceptions may be made but not guaranteed.
This means that even though you paid a Non-refundable, Non-transferable booking fee to make the reservation, there is no guarantee we will be able to honor that reservation if you have failed to show up on the scheduled check-in day and/or failed to communicate with us prior to the scheduled check-in day.
We're no longer accepting new intact males, over 18 months old, for boarding unless they're playing well with others, in daycare, at least 4 days per month.
If behavior issues such as dominance, etc., are encountered while here they'll be required to be neutered before returning. Any dog who is not playing well with others or is not enjoying the social playgroups will be rotated in and out of their pen individually.
We are now accepting intact females, under 2 years, in boarding, as long as they're doing well in daycare.
We still accept intact females for daycare. Prefer not to have females on-site if they are in heat/season. Yes, it's possible for them to come into "heat/season" when here but we're no longer going to make them be removed from premises when boarding.
This is a highly-active environment where dogs do run fast & play hard; we cater, mostly, to high-energy adults and teenagers, weighing from about 10 lbs to no more than 90 lbs. Seniors typically don't handle the high-energy well.
All breeds welcome but must play well with others, or learn. Behavior issues are considered on a case-by-case basis to assure our guests have as much fun, as possible. Please no escape artists, fence climbers; we are simply too close to a busy road. Normal chewing of appropriate toys is acceptable but no super-destructive chewers who choose to destroy walls, fences, etc.
We are happy to help increase social skills, build confidence, work through some anxiety issues, or even help with some slightly dominant behavior issues, but safety for all guests and team members comes first. We want to set our guests up for success; Happy dogs is our goal. Supervised social play with our daycare dogs. No aggression will be allowed. If not getting along, the offending dog/s will be separated for a short time-out; if a regular problem, may not be allowed to return to the pack. Individual or Family Play is then provided.
The goal is for happy dogs to have fun while burning off energy; this also ensures that they'll be ready to rest when returned to the boarding area & tucked in for the night. If your pet is new here or never stayed in a boarding facility, a great way to help them adjust, is to bring them in for daycare, 2 or 3 times prior to their vacation. This way they learn you're coming back and that they're here to have fun though this is not required.
Indoor section of boarding area is heated at night, depending on weather.
Each pen has:
- a Kuranda raised dog bed with fleece or sherpa blankets.
- food bowl
- water bowl and/or bucket
- we provide fleece jacket or coat if dogs need them while outside. It's okay to bring toys that don't require supervision. Any items brought are given/used at the sole discretion of management. We do try to keep track of individual items so they're returned when guests are picked up. We're not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Pets need to be flea-free & on a year-round, effective flea control regimen to help maintain our flea-free facility. If flea treatment is due during the stay please bring it & we'll administer it at no charge. Pets need to be regularly tested for internal parasites and treated accordingly. Pets should not be over-medicated & treated unnecessarily; Please, always do your own research. Knowledge is power.

Feeding for Overnight or Extended-Stay
Bring pet's regular food, with feeding instructions; please note there is a difference between specific measuring cup amounts and whatever owners may use as a food scoop. We have measuring cups and utensils. It's okay to bring original dog food bag, use larger resealable bags, smaller, individually packaged servings OR in a container with a lid. Our storage system is organized to keep feeding times simple and efficient.
PLEASE bring plenty of food. The most common dilemma is owners don't supply enough food to last through the pet's stay; either not anticipating how much some pets need to maintain weight from higher activity level, or a longer stay due to a travel delay. Mechanical failures, traffic congestion, late flights and schedule changes are some of the most common issues. There is a $10 per day additional charge, per dog, if owner's don't supply enough food. We will no longer call or email regarding any food shortages.
Food changes can cause problems for many pets which is why own food is required. We have a refrigerator, freezer, and microwave available for homemade diets or meal toppings. *Guests are fed twice daily.* If owners feed once a day, the portion is divided so all dogs have something at each meal.
Medications and/or supplements: We will not administer any medications and/or supplements unless dosage and instructions are CLEARLY provided. Name of supplement or medication, strength, dose to be given and number of times per day, whether it's morning or evening or both and what it's for; such as allergies, etc. Please remember, we are caring for multiple pets, owned by multiple owners. We have an organized system in place but it is dependent on information provided.
Dogs must be at least 5 months old and have completed the appropriate series of vaccines.
Please have your veterinarian email current vaccinations ahead of time or bring a copy that can be kept for our files. No copy machine available on-site. Vaccinations given by the owner are accepted as long as owners provide receipt and have labels from vials, date given and next date due..
For new clients, new pets, if you haven't used our services since 2024, or if your information has changed, please click the button for the Service Agreement. We need 1 form for each pet. Fill it out step by step and sign it. Once completed, it comes back to the inbox automatically. Occasionally there may be a technical issue where we have to go to our providers server but we try to have paperwork all set up before dogs check-in to be easy, quick and efficient at check-in.
Please see Reservations in "About" section regarding Booking Fees and Cancellation policies.
